KS2 Dance Club Shine at the West Wiltshire Dance Festival!

Our KS2 children who signed up for Dance Club for the previous 2 terms had an unforgettable day on Tuesday 10th February as they took to the stage at the West Wiltshire Dance Festival, held at the iconic Bath Forum. Joining schools from across the county, they performed with confidence, energy, and a wonderful sense of togetherness that made us incredibly proud.

Before stepping into the spotlight, the children made a very important stop: Pizza Express! With excitement building and dance bags in tow, they enjoyed a well‑earned meal to fuel up for the big performance. The pre-show pizza proved to be the perfect boost, setting the tone for an afternoon full of smiles and spirited teamwork.

Once at the Forum, our pupils represented the school beautifully - both on and off the stage. They danced with enthusiasm, supported one another, and embraced the chance to be part of a wider celebration of creativity and community.

It was a day of joy, confidence-building, and shared achievement. A huge well done to all our performers and thank you to the staff and families who helped make the experience so special.

A very special thank you goes to Miss Richens, who dedicated her own time to running the club and choreographing the fantastic dance that took the children to the festival. We’re already excited to take part again next year!
